Last week was one tough week. The beginning of school is always tough... but I have to say, this was the best first week of school I've ever had. Thank you Lord!!! On Monday, we found out that my father-in-law has lung cancer. I hate cancer! Steven worked very hard to get him an appointment in Dallas this past Friday. We're very hopeful that the specialist in Dallas will be able to help him. Please keep him (Jimmy) in your prayers. I know that God hears our prayers & that He will answer them. I got sick (allergy/sinus)... it's so annoying to feel crappy. Brady has been sick for about a week and a half..so Friday, I took him to the doctor and he has bronchitis. He's on his very first round of antibiotic. On Thursday, Brady cut his first tooth...but now, he has 2 teeth coming in! He's really starting to get up on his knees to try to crawl! He's changing so fast! We celebrated my mom's & uncle's birthdays yesterday. It is always fun to have my family together. My uncle Robbie has throat cancer...I hope he's here to celebrate this birthday next year. Please keep him in your prayers as well.
So, last week was long and rough, but we made it. God is so good and I know He is always with me and will get me through whatever I'm faced with. I'm so thankful for this 3-day weekend!
