April 2016

May is halfway over and I'm just now getting around to blogging about April. Time seriously needs to slow down. April seems like a distant memory now; honestly the thing I remember most about our April is all the rain we received! It was a wet, wet, wet month for us Texans. We have had so much rain in the past couple of months that our yard has yet to dry out since mid-February. Anyways, we've made it and I'm hoping that most of the rain is behind us because I'm ready to get the water toys out and let the kids enjoy the warm weather.

Here's a look back at our April.
Pops turned 50!

With all the rain, we had to stay inside most of the month.

We went to watch Gavin play soccer.

We took walks around the neighborhood.
2 year checkups.
Mia, Tessa, and Gracie went one day.
Rayleigh and Brant went the next day.
So thankful to have healthy babies.
We went to a Cardinal baseball game and cheered on our favorite Cardinal.

We love our Gage!
While in Dallas for an appointment, we got to celebrate Dave's birthday!

We had a major mishap when I forgot Brady's shoes at home and he went to school shoeless.
Most exciting news of the month came when Gracie and Tessa got their g-tubes removed!!

Kids played with their water table.

Of course, we got rained out from walking in the March of Dimes this year, but we did get dressed up and took a walk around the neighborhood. Hopefully next year will be dryer.
Our teams shirts for the March of Dimes.

And we had some good times getting family pictures.

That about sums up our April!
Be blessed,
Michelle
